This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and share your information when you (1) access or use our websites that link to this Policy, (2) access or use the Last Cam Standing application, (3) communicate with us by email, chat, phone, or in person, and (4) we interact with certain third-party partners. Your information may be stored and processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers are located; we use appropriate safeguards for any international transfers.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Basic Identifying and Contact Information
Username, display name, password, email address, and, when needed for specific purposes such as prize delivery, your full name or mailing address.
1.2 Device and Other Identifiers
Device identifier, IP address, cookies, pixels, beacons, mobile ad identifier, and similar identifiers.
1.3 Identity and Age Verification Data
Before awarding a cash prize or as part of live-contestant vetting, we may collect information to confirm your identity and age, including a government-issued ID (such as a driver’s license or passport) and a live selfie photo or short video, which may be compared to your ID using facial-matching technology. We collect this only with your knowledge (and consent, where required by law) and use it solely for verification, eligibility, and fraud-prevention purposes.
1.4 Webcam Video and Audio
When you use the webcam features of the Service, we capture and, in the Live Broadcast Game, publicly stream and record your live video and audio, including your face and voice. Combined with Section 1.3, this data may be considered biometric information under certain state laws. See Section 7 below.
1.5 Uploaded Photos
If you participate in the Online Qualifier without a webcam, we collect the static photo you upload.
1.6 Internet or Network Activity
Browsing or search history and other information about your interactions with our Service, emails, and advertisements.

If we ever process payments to or from you (for example, prize payouts), payment details are handled by our payment processor(s) and are not stored by us beyond what is needed for recordkeeping. See Section 1.9.
1.8 Geolocation Data
Information that permits us to estimate or determine your location, used in part for eligibility and fraud-prevention purposes.

1.10 Demographic Information
Age, gender, and date of birth, where provided or required for eligibility verification.
1.11 User Content
Profile details, chat messages, trivia answers, feedback, and any images, videos, or comments you choose to submit. Content you share through interactive features may be seen by other players and, in the Live Broadcast Game, the public.
1.12 Inferences
Inferences drawn from the categories above, for example to detect fraud or improve the Service.
2. How We Collect Your Information
- Directly from you — when you register an account, complete identity or age verification, update your profile, play the game, or communicate with us.
- Automatically — through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies when you use our website, app, or emails. See Section 4.
- From partners — including analytics providers, marketing/advertising providers, identity-verification vendors, fraud-prevention providers, and, if you link a social account, that social network.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to: create and manage your account; operate the Online Qualifier and Live Broadcast Game, including scoring, leaderboards, and matchmaking; verify your age, identity, and prize eligibility; deliver community and gameplay features (e.g., displaying your username and answers to other players); respond to your communications and provide customer service; where permitted, send marketing and promotional communications; conduct analytics and personalize your experience; detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, cheating, and other malicious activity; comply with legal and tax obligations; and support core business functions such as recordkeeping and error correction.
4. Cookies and Related Online Tracking Technologies
We and our partners use cookies, pixels, web beacons, SDKs, and similar technologies to secure the Service, manage your account, prevent crashes and fix bugs, save preferences, and support advertising and analytics. Where required by law (such as in the EU/UK), we will obtain your consent before setting non-essential cookies or trackers. See Section 10 for your cookie choices.
5. How We Disclose Your Information
5.1 With Your Consent
We may disclose information with your consent, given in writing, through click-through agreements, orally, or by other means.
5.2 In a Business Transfer
Information may be disclosed as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, or in bankruptcy or receivership.
5.3 With Service Providers and Partners
We share information with vendors who help operate the Service, including identity-verification vendors, cloud hosting, payment processors, SMS platform providers, data analytics and advertising providers, and fraud-prevention providers, under contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations. Identity-verification and biometric data is shared only with our verification vendor(s) and is not disclosed to other third parties except as needed to comply with law or protect rights. We do not sell your personal information.
5.4 For Legal Process and Protection
We may disclose information to comply with law, respond to legal process, or protect the rights, property, or safety of Company, our users, or the public.
5.5 With Other Users or the Public
Content you provide through interactive features (username, chat messages, gameplay) is visible to other players, and, in the Live Broadcast Game, publicly through broadcast/streaming distribution.
6. Analytics and Advertising
We use analytics services (such as Google Analytics) to understand how the Service is used, and we may work with ad networks (such as Google and Facebook) to place ads about our Service on other platforms. We may incorporate tracking technologies into our Service and our ads, some of which track activity across devices and services to deliver relevant ads (“Interest-Based Advertising”). We may also use audience-matching services that compare a list we upload against a technology partner’s data to reach similar users (“Matched Ads”). We obtain consent for advertising cookies or similar tracking where required by law. See Section 10 for opt-out information.
7. Biometric Information Notice
To the extent your facial image, voiceprint, or ID-comparison data constitutes “biometric information” under applicable state law, we collect and use it solely to operate the Service (e.g., displaying your live video feed, verifying your identity and age for prize award or contestant vetting), and we do not sell biometric information. Biometric data collected for verification is encrypted, stored with restricted access, and deleted or anonymized once no longer needed for its verification purpose, subject to any legal recordkeeping requirements. Where required by law, we will provide additional disclosures and obtain any legally required consent.
8. How We Protect Your Information
We take commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical steps to protect your information, with additional safeguards for sensitive data. For example, biometric data and ID documents submitted for verification are encrypted and access-restricted. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, particularly for live-streamed video.
9. How Long We Keep Your Information
We keep information for as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected, our business needs, and our legal obligations. Information collected solely for identity or age verification (including ID documents and biometric data) is retained only as long as needed to verify you or meet recordkeeping requirements, then deleted or anonymized. Recorded broadcast footage may be retained indefinitely for archival, rebroadcast, and promotional purposes, consistent with the license you grant under the Terms of Service. We periodically review and securely dispose of information no longer needed.
10. Your Rights and Choices
10.1 Account
You may access, update, or delete your account information through your account settings or by contacting [PRIVACY CONTACT EMAIL], subject to our need to retain certain information for legal obligations, which we will explain if applicable. We may ask for information to confirm your identity before acting on a request.

- Mobile and Location — uninstall the app to stop all app-based data collection, reset your device Ad ID, or withdraw location consent through device settings.
10.4 Analytics and Interest-Based Advertising
You may opt out of Google Analytics at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, and of Google’s ad personalization at https://www.google.com/settings/ads/onweb/. 10.5 Regional Privacy Rights
Depending on your location, you may have additional rights (for example, residents of California or other U.S. states). See Section 12 below.
11. Children’s Privacy
The Service is intended for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. We may ask for proof of age or take steps to verify your age or identity to help ensure this requirement is met. If we learn we have collected information from someone under 18, we will make commercially reasonable efforts to delete it. If you believe we have mistakenly collected information from a minor, contact us so we can delete it.
12. Specific Disclosures for California and Other State Residents

- Right to limit use/disclosure of sensitive personal information — we do not process sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you or disclose it beyond the purposes permitted by law, so we do not separately offer this option.
- Right to opt out of sale/sharing — not applicable, as we do not sell or share personal information.
- Right of non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights.
12.5 Other State Rights
Depending on your state of residence, you may also have rights to data portability, to limit use of certain sensitive information (such as precise geolocation or biometric data), and to opt out of automated decision-making or profiling in certain circumstances. If we decline to act on your request, you may appeal by contacting [PRIVACY CONTACT EMAIL] within a reasonable time; we will respond as required by law.
12.6 How to Exercise These Rights
Contact us using the information in Section 15. We will respond to verifiable requests within the timeframe required by law (generally 45 days) and will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
13. Links to Third-Party Sites
Our Service may link to third-party websites provided for your convenience. These sites operate independently and have their own privacy practices, which we encourage you to review.
14. International Users
The Service is intended for users in the United States. If you access it from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S., where data-protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
15. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new effective date, and will separately notify you of material changes where required by law.
